Are the deliverables guaranteed?

What if I don’t need everything in a plan?
No problem. If your business doesn’t require every feature or service in a specific plan or you need to custom make the perfect plan, we can tailor a plan to your priorities. The goal is impact, not feature volume. Contact us for more information.
What if my goals shift during our partnership?
We operate with agility. Whether your business pivots, expands into new markets, or changes direction, we’ll reassess your strategy and realign the infrastructure and team support to fit.
Can I add services from a higher plan without switching plans entirely?
Yes. Add-ons from higher-tier plans can be integrated into your current plan for a supplemental fee. This allows you to scale strategically without overcommitting.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my service plan once we start?
Upgrades can be requested at any time and will be activated at the start of your next billing cycle. Downgrades, however, are only permitted after completing a full quarter on your current plan and require at least 14 days' written notice before the next billing cycle begins. This policy exists because each plan includes significant front-loaded investments in strategic planning, infrastructure setup, and operational alignment. Downgrading too early compromises that process and the resources already committed.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits and NGOs?
Yes. We provide discounted rates to eligible nonprofit organizations and NGOs. Contact us for qualification criteria and available options.
What is your setup fee and what is it for?
To cover the strategic planning, systems architecture, and development of your customized portals and documentation, we charge a one-time setup fee of $300 (Basic) or $500 (all other plans) when billed quarterly. This fee is waived for clients with annual or bi-annual agreements. Think of it like laying the foundation before constructing a building—without it, the structure can’t function as intended. It reflects the significant amount of time, design, and customization invested upfront to align our tools with your business operations. If you initially sign up for a three-month term and later renew for another three months, we will not charge a second setup fee. If you choose to upgrade to an annual plan later, the setup fee you already paid will be fully deducted from your next invoice.
When should I make my first payment?
To avoid delays, your first payment must be completed and cleared before the official starting date specified in your agreement. We recommend using online or credit card payments, which are processed immediately. Bank transfers are also accepted, but in some cases—especially from regions outside the U.S., EU, or LATAM—they can take up to two weeks to clear.
How do you ensure secure payments and financial transparency?
We take financial security and transparency seriously. All client payments are processed through Bank of America—one of the most reputable and secure banking institutions in the United States, trusted by Fortune 500 companies and federal entities alike. We also use industry-standard, secure third-party platforms such as Stripe and PayPal, with whom we’ve maintained trusted partnerships for years. For compliance and accountability, we do not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or informal payment methods. In select cases, we may accept business checks, but only from companies that meet the eligibility criteria typically required by financial institutions. We expect our clients to operate with the same level of financial integrity and professionalism we uphold.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and international wire transfers. Invoicing arrangements are available for select accounts.
What is the process after I sign an agreement?
We begin with a full discovery and systems setup phase during the first 4 to 8 weeks. This includes building your fully branded digital infrastructure, aligning it with your internal processes, and preparing your first operational playbook and onboarding materials. Team training and execution typically begin toward the end of this phase, once the system is in place and tested.
